Carp Cosmetic Surgery

"Got a VERY expensive skin resurfacing here, that was 3k, forced to buy 300$ more in topicals for before and after care that should have been included. One year later I have very noticeable grid mark scars and bad discoloration on forehead and jawline and no difference in the rest of my skin. I went back and all he said was keep using the topicals and tried to sell me another microdermabrasion service to correct it. Never again…"

"My fiancé recently got work done here for her first time, and she was excited up until the day of. I had to rush her there because they messed up her arrival time by sending her false information via text message on when to arrive. The communication was not good at all! The lady who came to get her in the lobby was extremely impatient with her like it was her fault as well. When they called me to pick her up, and met me out back she was crying about pain, pale as a ghost, body shaking, claiming she was going to throw up. I even asked the nurse if she was ok, and her reply was “yeah she’s fine, it’s the anesthesia, it SHOULD wear off.” I was so shocked they wheeled her out in that condition with zero concern for her, didn’t even give her anything for nausea, but a bag, and she had to drive in a car for sometime to get home. Needless to say we know where that went...”"

"I have never met a doctor with such rude bedside manners. The staff was very nice and the only reason, I gave a two star. First off, he injected the local anesthesia in the wrong area and had to be called back in by the nurse to inject the correct area. I felt bad for the nurse as to the way he talked down to her after my surgery. What doctor doesn't know where and what he's going to be operating on before entering the operating room? I've had other surgeries and always, the doctors have seen me after surgery to remove the stitches and look at the surgery site. Not Dr. Carp. After one week, I was schedule to have my wrap removed along with stitches. I seen a very sweet nurse, who removed my stitches. Never did I see him once after, nor did he have the office even call to check on me. What doctor doesn't want to see his cosmetic work and healing? I'm still having pain at the surgery site with lumps, but refuse to ever call him again. I'll go elsewhere to have it checked out."
