"Yesterday I went into the establishment for my first time as it was right next door to America's Best where I had my glasses repaired. There was one client(child) in a pedicure chair and 3 employees. I asked for a pedicure and an elderly woman came out for the service. I am a licensed cosmetologist, I already removed my own previous gel polish and trimmed my nails. I mostly have pedicures for the massage and to just not paint my own nails sometimes. She used tools pulled out of a bag she carried to the station that was completely unorganized and absolutely butchered my toes on my left foot. This was after most of the process except the polish was performed. I paid for the service and left. I have been contemplating saying anything at all as I let her finish after cutting me several times....and upon reading these reviews, see itt has happened more than once. I will never go back, recommend any service there and will be calling State Board Tuesday as I don't believe she is even liscenced......"

"Really upset. I NEVER leave reviews. My nail lady made me feel bad during getting my nails done. I didn’t feel “Christian enough for her” because of my tattoos. She definitely made too many comments on my appearance. -But besides this she drilled my real nail down so far (instead of soaking the gel off) that they are now extremely thin. And I've already had TWO nails break. I’m super upset, and it was definitely painful as they were bending since I’ve gotten them done from here. I’ve also been working pretty hard to grow my natural nails out so this is just as disappointing. First and only time being here. Will not be coming back."

"The old owners recently left and the new owners and workers are terrible!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They are very sloppy and can't understand anything you ask for. I paid for a manicure and gel and didn't get much of a manicure at all except a little filing. The old owners would have never allowed this."

"i called ahead to verify the cost before i came in and mentioned it was $33. Was charged $55 then tipped $10. Was running late for work and didn’t pay attention to my nails till i got to work. Absolutely horrible. I never asked for gel and was given it. I told him i was okay without the design I wanted because he mentioned he has never done it before and then proceeded to do it anyway. The nails also have bubbles in them. I spent almost $70 on nails that look HORRIBLE. The guy who does my nails has awesome attitude but just didn’t listen to what I said. These nails are not worth $70!"
