"Hands Down Allison H has been a Phenomenal Hair Stylist for myself and my 3 kids! She works with me as scheduling appointments is challenging as a working mom with 3 busy kids. She listens to what myself and my kids want done with our hair and does it spot on, every single time!!! The atmosphere is consistently clean and welcoming! "I would not make an appointment with Allison. She rescheduled every appointment I made with made up excuses. I always scheduled every 7 weeks sometimes 2 appointments in advance. I waited over an hour at one rescheduled evening appointment. Another appointment she squeezed me in with someone else and ran back and forth between us. While not uncommon, she, nor anyone spoke to me the entire time I was there so I didn't know how long I was to sit waiting. At my December appointment the salon tried to reschedule and I said I couldn't because they kept trying to make the appointment during the day and I work. I said that I would have a friend do it. When asked if I wanted to cancel the January appointment, I said no, I'll keep it. (This salon was recommended to me by a friend and I was trying to remain loyal). They cancelled it anyway and didn't tell me. That was the final straw. Decent hair, sub par service."
"A very good experience and will be going back! Allison gave me a fabulous haircut. She was nice and professional. The place was so cute and well decorated. I loved the atmosphere just as much as my hair cut!"
