"The last few times I've been to this store, my experience hasn't been that great. This last time was the worst. The cashier was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked for help locating my coupons on the app and she told me I didn't have any. But I had a coupon plus points I could've used. She pressured me into applying for a store card, then put my free gift in someone else's bag. And I caught her rolling her eyes at me numerous times. I will no longer be going to the store now. If I decide to continue to shop with Ulta, it will be online only."

"Had scrubbed my face too hard with baby wipes to get my makeup off lol they were all I had by me at the time but needed up burning my face and using Vaseline which dried it out super bad it felt like dry leather and nose corners were flaky! Didn’t know if I should get ordinary hyloronic acid or this other cream I was stressing what one I should get lol so I asked the worker up at the register idk her name wish I did but she had glasses and high pony I believe she recommended I go with the cream so I did and today I woke up and my skin feels so much better and not like leather anymore so glad she helped me I appreciate it a ton I thought I’d never find a product to fix it :) !"

"I popped in a few days after Christmas. There was a huge lineup of customers and even more customers in every aisle. Thankfully I was able to quickly find the CND nail polishes I wanted, snagging the last 2 of the 3 available. I don't know of any other store that sells this brand, although truthfully I haven't looked because I know I can always get it at Ultra. The line to pay thankfully went fairly quick once a second cashier was added."

"I’ve been going to this Ulta for years, and recently, the customer service has gone down hill. Workers just walk by without saying hi or offering help. The line is always long with slow service. Last time I visited, I wanted to buy a cleanser from The Ordinary. I took it to the counter, and it was supposed to be in a box but wasn’t, so it didn’t have a barcode. All of the cleansers on the shelf were packaged that way so there weren’t any barcodes. The cashier offered no help and didn’t try to key in the price or call a manager. She wasn’t offering any help, basically just stood there saying, “That’s weird,” until I finally said I didn’t need the product. I told her they might want to fix that, and she laughed. Weird experience! I left without getting what I wanted. I’ll just buy online from another store."
