"the absolute thickest and messiest acrylic set I’ve ever gotten in my life. I had to go to another nail tec in Dover to get them fixed a few days after getting them done here because the nails were so incredibly thick that I could legit feel my nails on my hand and the clumps of messy, jagged, acrylic on the underside of the nails kept getting snagged on my clothes and in my hair. I desperately wish I could add pictures to this review because the words just don’t do it justice and just make me sound like I’m exaggerating but the nails were just atrocious. The only shining ray of light in this was how kind and friendly the girl who did them was. I really enjoyed talking to her but after leaving and actually getting a look at my nails and wearing them for a moment I got pretty disappointed pretty quick"
"Edit: 2018: another great experience at Connie's Hair Salon! My daughter came back to get her hair done for homecoming this year and they did an amazing job. Great stylists! 2 additional stylists jumped in to help put in all the difficult accessories that needed additional hands. Would recommend to anyone and not just for special occasions, we've had updos, hair dye, and haircuts done here and they are always top notch high quality and very reasonably priced. This salon is a gem in a small town! 2017: Very polite stylists, they did an amazing job for my daughter's homecoming. The stylist was very kind and made it a special day!"
