"Wouldn’t ever recommend this nail spot unless you want to walk out with stray hairs in your manicure. My wife and I both got gel done about a week ago. I had a 5 o’clock appointment with my wife but I received service at 5:30 and her at 6:20. She didn’t even get a manicure, they just threw the gel right on. Currently they are understaffed as I heard the workers talking about it in the shop. I felt sympathetic for them because of this reason. But they delivered the worst set of nails I’ve ever had to pay for. The design was not even close to what I asked for, the gel started lifting on my drive home, and the coats themselves were completely uneven. I’ve attached the pictures of my nails in comparison to what I had wanted. They treated my wife’s nails as acrylic (she specified 3 time that they were her real nails) Needless to say, they destroyed her healthy nails she’s been maintaining for years. That’s not the worst of it (image 2). The old man who did my nails encapsulated one of his eyebrow hairs in my nail. This hair has now traveled with me to four different countries! (Holland, Canada, Croatia, and Bosnia). I’m disgusted and disturbed."
