"Beware of purchasing the groupon with Lori. I wasn't able to post a review on groupon because I had to cancel it. She is very unprofessional. I tried calling and texting to make an appointment and when she finally got back to me she was very rude. She tried to schedule me a month later and said that my groupon would no longer work and that I would have to pay additional money for the service. It wasn't even worth it to me to go in (not because I couldn't pay the full amount) but I didn't like the way she handled the situtation and the fact that I couldn't get a hold of her for the longest time. I wouldn't recommed trying to schedule with her. She needs to get some training on customer service."

"BEST salon in the area! I've been going to this salon since it opened in 2008. I met Lee (the owner) in 2003 at a salon she was working at in my neighborhood. I loved her immediately! I followed Lee to her new salon and have been a faithful customer for 16yrs! I wouldn't trust anyone else. Over the years, Lee hasn't just been my hairdresser she's become a good friend. She is the nicest most sincere person you'll ever meet! She truly knows what she's doing (very knowledgeable, professional and up to date on everything) and does an amazing job (cut, color, highlights). This is is a beautiful, clean, comfortable, friendly salon that will make you feel beautiful inside and out! I truly enjoy every visit and always look forward to my next one."
