"Went in today to get a haircut because I ran out of time to go to my normal place on the day before and going in there, the stylus were not very welcoming and the one that I had was very rough. Instead of asking me to put my head down or position my head in a certain way for her to cut she was very forceful with it and on top of it my sides are uneven and now I have to go to an event at the end of the week like this. Very unhappy"
"Very nice staff. Mikaela cut my hair. I showed her a picture and she cut it exactly right. I got many compliments on my hair and my friend is going to call for an appointment because she liked my hair cut. The salon is clean and except walk-ins."
"The worst hair cut ever! You know when you have kids, and you give them specific instructions on a certain task, clear instructions, and they complete the task completely opposite on what you described. That was my hair cut. By nature, I'm a nice polite person, because yelling accomplishes nothing. It just shows how much of a jerk you are, and just creates bad feelings. Something we absolutely do not need at this time. So why the bad review? So they can do better! Luckily my hair hasn't stopped growing and will repair itself."
"I took my kiddo in yesterday showed the girl what he wanted. (Typical shorter on the side longer up top the normal things the boys want nowadays) the girl said last time we did this (gave me the numbers) and I was like sides thats fine but up top he wants it like this I showed her the picture she goes okay we can do that.. 15 minutes later he comes back I pay we get in the car not only is the cut uneven upfront but its WAYY shorter then that he asked for. He's upset and I don't blame him. I gave 2stsrs because the girls super nice. And the wait wasn't bad I can't say I'd recommend"
"Went here earlier today and typically always great hair cuts. But this time I went in and only got half of my hair cut on the right side only asked for a trim inch and a half, you know which shouldn't be too hard and the girl with curly blonde hair didn't even say a word to me while I was getting my hair cut horrible service from her but everyone else that cut it previously did great. I don't know if she was falling asleep or what."
