"Can't say this was the best place to get our pedicures at... the service itself felt so very rushed, before they were even done with one step, they were moving onto the other. I had nail polish all over my toes and 2 of my toes were actually bleeding from the cuticles. My feet don't feel refreshed at all. And for the price, I expected less of a rush. Out of the 3 nails techs we had, only 1 was actually friendly. Just was very let down by the experience."

"madison absolutely killed it with my nails!! i had bulky dip on before that chipped within 2 weeks of getting it and my requests for cuticle care were not met at a different salon that’s popular in lakewood. the dip was removed with care and no damage!! my natural nails look so good and feel so strong. she was also very friendly and quick, i’ll definitely be back :-)"

"Scheduled a gel mani, left without polish and terrible manicure. The nail tech was late for my appointment and inexperienced to say the least. The color range of gel polishes for fall were not flattering for dark skin tones which I was going to work past with the subpar manicure, lack of soft skills, and my growing frustration led me to change the manicure all together. Wasted $30 and now have to go somewhere else to get my nails properly done. I didn’t like my experience at the Ohio city location so I was hoping this would be better bc the Columbus locations are great. They just are lack luster here."

"I got the Dewey manicure and pedicure as long with structure gel on my nails. My nails are a lot stronger and harder than they were before! My feet feel great. She did not go too hard on me and was gentle with the foot scrubbing which I appreciate! The atmosphere makes this place even better. It is very comfortable and the workers are also nice. They also have a large selection of colors to pick from which I think is so important!"

"I was lucky enough to try this place out for a pedicure. I absolutely love the atmosphere as soon as you walk in. From the outside the small entrance doesn't do this place justice. I actually passed it when I arrived because there's no huge signage above the entrance like other storefronts, just painted on lettering on the glass. When you walk in you are met with chic and modern decor that makes this feel really upscale. When I arrived for my appointment I read a sign asking me to have a seat. I was greeted shortly there after and quickly taken back. According to the website they offer you tea, coffee or water, I did not get that experience. Each pedicure and manicure area is comfortable and spacious. I never felt crowded in my area. The copper bowls your feet go into are just the right touch and offer antifungal benefits. The products used felt luxurious but most importantly this nail bar was into best practices for cleanliness and it shows. I observed fresh instruments pulled from sealed packages for use. Labels on clean files. Cleaning products being used after clients etc. I think maybe because they are new there are a few kinks to work out. I didn't get the can't live without massage I was hoping for at the end or offered the beverage upon arrival but maybe that was a fluke. I never seen someone use cuticle clippers to cut toe nails either, that was very different. The online booking process was super simple but I would change the appointment reminder email because it didn't have my nail tech's name. The original confirmation did have her name which I discovered later but I couldn't remember who was assigned to my "first available tech" appointment I had opted for. You will get a different personalized experience with each tech so remember the name(s) of your favorite. For the cost, I'm torn if I would return or not. A gel pedi can get pricey. However, the superb hygienic ways and the smell of some of the products made this a memorable experience. #tiatriedit"
