"I frequent Great clips about every two weeks, great service always. Only downfall is the lack of promotional material. As frequently as I get my haircut, utilizing the punch card or even having a coupon attached to my receipt was helpful. But they removed all that. Now, as for a these amazing woman that work at the Rocky River/ Fairview Park location...let me just say that they all do an incredible job, they keep my head looking well manicured at all times. I especially love the deep conversations they have with me, often covering topics such as art, recent politics and travel. Let's me just say, the scope of conversation these woman have never cease to amaze me, often having me leave the salon not only feeling ever so fresh...but a little bit more wise. Man...I love this location and highly recommend everyone to check it out."
"My cut by the older gentleman was great. My fiance however got nothing he asked for, she shaved off his side burns completely then told him his hair was too long to be faded then didnt offer to do it that way; Well then cut more hair off if thats the only issue? He told her a specific number and everything since hes used to a barber and knows what he likes. Just upsetting to spend 18$ and a 10$ tip to have to go somewhere else and spend more to get it done properly the very next day."
"Found Troy here several times then he disappeared. Called every great clips until I found him. He cuts hair great but he is hard to find. Might find a new salon that keeps their stylist happy so they stay, I don't like always looking for a good stylist. It's is not the building that keeps people comming back its the stylist that do."
"Quick friendly service, fair pricing. On a busy Saturday they have 4-5 stylists working which made the queue move quickly. Very efficient cut, turned my mop into something presentable!"
"Went in 10 minutes after they opened and was seated in 20. The haircut was very good. They always do a very good job. My girl was impressed and that's saying something."
