"Booked 3 appts to be done at one time. Got to salon and only 1 person was working. She rushed through my daughter in under 20 minutes. Her polish was coming off the next morning. She then rushed through me and then my friend. We were there way too long bc we waited for each other rather than having three technicians. Tip option did not allow for less than 20 percent. Very run down chairs. Dirty trays and cup holders that customer uses. Only worker was resting in a chair when we arrived when she could have been cleaning those areas for our appointment. No one else was there. Will not go back."

"If I could give no stars I would! I was charged an outrageous amount for a fill I was charged for them to remove my polish just to put new polish on it! Like are you kidding me it cost me the same amount for a fill that it would for a full set! Very unhappy with my service my daughters nails chipped right away when we left! The lady just argued with me when i asked why charge me to take off polish when I’m getting a service! I will never go back there ever"
"Paid $87.00 for fill and gel. Lasted 2 days. Male technician gave difficultly repairing. Didn't apologize, and really didn't want to fix. Won't be back. My wife"
