"I have foot issues with neuropathy and after the up sale push instead of koka's that I needed, I tried a different brand. More money of course. I was told about the 30 day return policy, so I tried it. Went back 1 week later, and was denied! So, I'm stuck with $ 190.00 shoes I can't use . Manager was rude and I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone. Also had to go back twice because they were closed due to under staffing issues."

"Matt helped me find the shoes I needed with my custom Made orthotics. Found me a pair and they fit great..I wore them a few days only to find out the foam sole was too soft for my feet not enough support..while the shoes fit great the walking made my feet tired after awhile..A few days later I returned them. I was asked what was wrong with them..I said too soft in the sole. Matt said, ‘well, put inserts in them’.. in a snit. how rude can you be. I did get my refund but will never return."
