"I don’t do reviews often , but the last 3 or 4 times I’ve been in Sally’s they’ll ask me if I need help and stay in every aisle looking to see what I’m doing. IM BUYING HAIR PRODUCTS as I have been for years… Today was enough and I want Bailey ( which act like she was unpacking boxes by where the products I was buying was and didn’t unpack and stock nothing). She just stood there texting on her phone and the young lady with the green hair ( which was in the other aisle over) to know I’ve been going to Sally’s for years and I have never had a problem paying for my products just as I did today. There was a lady and her daughter ( white) that came in after I was checking out and they didn’t budge from behind the counter neither one of them. I was parked in the front and watched both of them stay right behind the counter. I say this to Sally’s, teach your employees diversity training not everyone is looking for a handout!!!!!"
