"Every time i go to this Great Clips whatever stylist i get does something to mess up my hair. Before it was not doing the part in my hair correctly, this time it was cutting all of my hair too short. I admit i should have paid better attention to what was being done (this is why it's 2 star and not 1), but at the same time i gave pretty detailed instructions on what i wanted done. This is the 3rd time this has happened, i will start driving to Alex Bell or Austin landing from here on out."

"This was my daughter's first hair cut in a salon. They did a great job. The gentleman that cut her hair talked to her while he cut her hair and gave her a great first salon experience. She was a bit disappointed that I wouldn't allow her to shave the side of her hair. Thank you for helping me talk her out of it, she absolutely loves her hair now!!! The lady who cut my hair was friendly as well. Thank you!"
