"Was unknowingly signed up for kohls rewards while checking out at Sephora. Didn’t know until I got a verification email. Don’t know if it was because I wanted to claim my Sephora bday gift, but kind of a sketchy way for the employee to hit their quota for rewards signups."
"I had a Christmas gift from Amazon that I was returning and Kohl's is a drop off location. I do not shop at Kohl's. The holiday returns was located upstairs. The escalator wasn't far from the entrance. There was a sign near the escalators about an elevator being available, but I never saw it. Once upstairs the drop off location was halfway around the floor to the back. There was a pretty long line, at least 8 people in front of me, and at first the line was moving slowly, but eventually it started to move faster. While I was there, no workers spoke to me, asked if I needed help, said "hi," or anything. However, the cashier was polite and kind. I have no intention of shopping at Kohl's maybe just to return future items from Amazon."
"It's organized and the staff is polite and friendly. When a new associate needs help the senior staff person is on the spot right away. I love the selection of clothes, appliances, and toys. I shop here every Chriatmas to get Kohl's cash."
"Update: 12/12/21- We went Christmas shopping at Kohl's and then went right over to Target after that. The toy department at Target is much bigger than Kohl's. I also noticed that most of the aisles at Kohl's were very tight and close together. If someone was already in the aisle you could not enter it it Kohls; at Target there was room for multiple people. We did get a couple cute toys at Kohl's though. They have 2 floors, so they are bigger than they look from the outside. They do have quality merchandise."
