"I ordered some Hickory shirts. When they showed up in 6 weeks I was busy moving to try them on. My father was a logger and always wore Hickory shirts. We bought property so thought it would be cool for my wife and I while we clear it. Being a 100% disabled Vet I always try to buy American. After trying them on a few weeks after receiving them they were too big. So, I called the store and they said it would be ok to send them back for a smaller size. I packaged them up by rolling them so they fit in a shoe USPS box. Well after 5 weeks of not hearing anything I called them. I was told they will call me back. 3 days later I called them again. Then I was told there is two issues. 1 I sent them back after the 10 days. 2 they are rolled up so they can’t iron them or resell them. So my questions are… Why did it take me calling almost 6 weeks later to get this information? If they had me on the phone and agreed to have me return them it was way over 10 during the phone call. I have TBI so I don’t remember much I even asked my wife who was sitting there did he ever mention 10 days? No he didn’t but, he did say it’s ok to send them back. Now did me rolling them up cause that much damage? Probably not. They did say they would refund the $17+ dollars in shipping when I sent them back but out of principle I said I don’t want the money. They should of honored the product they sell, plus why did I have to ask them about it? Customer service is horrible, I will never do business again with them. You can find the same US made products elsewhere for cheaper. They are shipping the rolled up to big shirts back but only after I called them."

"Ordered March 7th 2023, It's now April 24th. 3 pares of jeans. Tried to contact twice, once by email once by phone and left a message. Today I finally got an email saying it will ship May 4th. almost 2 months wait. This is unacceptable."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! Most nervous online purchase I have EVER made since the advent of the internet! This guy will charge your credit card immediately but you’ll be lucky to receive anything. He lies and doesn’t return calls. I was lucky enough to get ahold of the manufacturer, who called him, rattled his cage and I finally got my wind chimes. His cheap prices reflect his pathetic service."

"Ordered 6 pairs of jeans. The website stated it would be 6 weeks due to covid. After 2 months, I inquired, was then told it would be 3 months. After 3 and a half months, the company has been unresponsive on my inquiry. Same thing on the 4 month inquiry. Web site states it will be 2 months now.. I do not have my order after 4. This is stealing! Most companies charge you when your order ships, not this one, they take your money right away and then quit caring. Cut out the middle man, save your money and go elsewhere. Don't let them steal from you too! I called the store, finally talked to someone. They told me it would be another few weeks. When I expressed my displeasure with their customer service, he said he would cancel my order and hung up on me. I want my product I ordered. Very rude!"
