"I absolutely love this salon. Never had disappointed me. I go in with all kinds of ideas for my nails and they can do it all. Patterns colors tips full nail all designs. The only thing I have found they don’t kno how to do is a browning deer lol. But everything else is perfect. Very nice and clean. Very respectful. I’ll be bringin my business here from now on."

"I got an acrylic removal the other day and the lady pried 5 of them off with one of the nail tips. It hurt. A lot. And she slipped while doing it and jammed it under the quick of one of my nails, it made me bleed. She also didn’t really soak my other acrylics off she mostly ground it down with the file. My nails look pretty bad and they hurt. During an acrylic removal they should soak the nails then file it down. Prying them off takes layers of your natural nail off and you can tell in my photo that the middle finger is one of the nails they pried off. It looks and feels the worst."
"I'm not from portsmouth and was visiting from Columbus. Was recommended by my daughter's mother to try them out. I must say they did amazing. Super friendly and by far my favorite set of nails yet and I've been getting them done for the past 20+years. I didn't catch the young lady's name who did them tho I wish I would have. Thank you for doing so amazing"
