"called and was told they didnt close until 5. website even says they close at 5. i show up at 2:40 to get my nails done and get told they close at 3. would think they would change the website and make sure the students or whoever answering the phones knows what theyre doing or telling people."
"I was very disappointed. I scheduled a service, in person, and when I showed up there was no student available. I was rescheduled for the following day by an instructor. When I came in, this time I was denied service as my hair had months old highlights. The instructor who scheduled me did not say anything at the time when she real scheduled me not did she call to save me needlessly making the trip. Further, the highlights were done at the school and I told them at the time I planned to perm my hair in several months and was not told then that this would be an issue. Having been a patron of a different beauty school in another state for over 20 yrs., I was very disappointed in the lack of leadership, communication & service at this school."
"They are hands down the best beauty school. I drive past 3 other schools to go there. Hair is a little pricey ( almost professional rates) but everything else is very reasonable."
"Awful!!! The student that cut my hair had no teacher supervision and it came out horribly. I don't recommend anyone getting there hair cut here unless they want to brush out rat nest tangles every morning."
