"I ordered a hot tub cover online. At the time of the order it stated 4-6 weeks for delivery. Then it changed to 2 weeks. The cost was pending in my bank account. Then the shipping date changed and the cost disappeared. It continued to pend and disappear four more times based on the shipping date changing 4 times. I then reached out to costumer service which was absolutely no help. I asked them the estimated date of arrival and they said they couldn’t provide that information because it depended on the courier which they have no control over. Finally it changed to a “Fulfilled” status online, yet I haven’t receive the item. I reached out to costumer service once again which was no help. I received a random shipping number for a random website in another language. I would recommend to never purchase online from this retailer. Will update IF we ever receive the cover."
"The young man who works here is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and does not try to oversell you on expensive items. He's great and he helps me get only what I need with no pressure. I will continue to go there for my pool supplies. Plus they test your water for free."
"Top-notch I love these guys, Adam from Delhi helped me out last year. This year I was greeted with both Adam and Joe of course my pool was green when I opened it (I had a hole in my cover so I knew it would be) and step-by-step they walked me through it. I purchased my supplies and Wallah this morning I woke up to a beautifully blue pool. I totally totally recommend Leslie's. Their prices are a bit higher (about $2 to $10 higher per item fromother places) but their customer service and helpful knowledge is a key factor."
"Family Owned and Operated... Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I had a few questions and they took me to the exact product I needed... They have a good selection of common items but if you need something in particular they can look up and order the item/s needed. Store is clean and not cluttered."
