"I brought in my Stihl MS170 chainsaw to Ag Pro to be repaired. $110.00/ hr. for labor. The chainsaw sells new for approximately $200.00. They called me and said it was ready. They didn’t fix the problem. It would idle, but you couldn’t rev up rpm’s in order to be able to use it. Same as when i dropped it off. They wanted $209.00 for a chainsaw that doesn’t work. The guy gave me a 10% discount. Why? Who knows. No way to run a business. Last time I step foot in Ag Pro. I’ll find a smaller Stihl dealer."

"If Eddie had taken care of me from the beginning I would have had a 5 star experience. Unfortunately I went from a 3 to a 1 and then without even asking Eddie stepped in and he immediately realized (without me having to say a thing) that my situation was “unacceptable”. I could tell that he must have been a manager and as a tenured manager myself I greatly appreciated that he was not going to let me leave without being a satisfied customer. Great save Ed! I really appreciate your level of service. I made my first JD purchase about 9 years ago with our sub-compact tractor and this purchase was to add a zero turn. I’ve already referred a friend and I’ll be back again. I would also really like to think Kyle who works in the service department. He did not hesitate one second when Ed asked if he would stay late to help with our situation. There were two other men who stayed as well. Thank guys, we really appreciate you all."
