"I wish I could give this location a zero. Teresa needs to be fired. I was trying to buy pool paint and ask her to see if another location had it in stock since the Colerain store was out. She basically told me to figure it out on my own and walked away. I asked what her name was and then repeated it back to make sure it was Teresa. She said yes that’s right I didn’t stutter. I was in tears when I left. No one should ever be treated like this especially a customer!"

"We purchased a pool filter from Leslie’s on line May 29th 2023. Needless to say when the item arrived I opened the box and was missing the lateral assembly. We tried calling the store on Colerain Ave in Cincinnati Ohio twice and no one would answer the phone. We decided to drive to the store and when we arrived no one was in the store front. This young lady come out and asked what she could do for us. I explained to her that I was mad because we tried to call them several times to see if we could return the filter there and no one would answer the phone and they did not have not one customer in the store and she wouldn’t even look at me the whole time I was talking to her. Then here come another women she said her name was Teresa out from the back of the store and says what’s going on and tells the other girl she will take care of it. So she puts her arm up on the counter to hold up her head and I explained the situation to her and her response was what do you want me to do call the eight hundred number that’s all I’m going to do I can’t do anything about it. I told her this was ridiculous that she couldn’t help us that it happens all the time and goes on and says that’s why I won’t buy anything from Leslie’s. She started telling my husband about other things that have happened to customers and I preceded to tell her how I didn’t care about those customers she needed to take care of us.She looked at me and said mamm I’m not talking to you and tried to shew me out of the store. This company needs to provide better training to its employees and improve their customer service. There isn’t one person in this store knows what the hell they are doing. Lastly Teresa needs to be fired. If she talked to one of my customers that way she would be fired on the spot."

"We purchased an above ground pool in July 2022 from Leslie's. When we purchased the pool, we also purchased an installation kit. We experienced some wind damage over the winter months and the pool collapsed as a result of the damage. We took the pool down and decided to deal with it in the spring. Spring is here, so I tried to order the installation kit and liner online from Leslie's website, but I wasn't able to find the items even using the item number. I decided it would be easier to go to the store for assistance. My first impression was that Tom looked at me like I had 3 heads when I gave him the item number and explained what I was trying to order. He then tried to find the item by the number and also by the manufacturer. Like me, he was not having any luck. He took my number and told me he would call the manufacturer when they opened since they are located in Arizona and 3 hours behind us. I thanked him and left the store. He called me about 15 minutes later and asked what design I would like on the liner. I told him and he said he would get back with me after speaking with the manufacturer of the installation kit. I understand that it is the Friday before Memorial Day, and the store is very busy. However, I want to get my pool ready for summer also. I tried to call the store 8 times to speak with Tom to get an update on the information he received when he called the manufacturer in Arizona. There was no answer when I called any of those 8 times. The phone just rang and rang. Finally, when I made my 9th attempt to speak with someone, a very rude lady answered the phone. She informed me that Tom was with a customer. She asked my name and reason for calling. Her reply to me was: "We haven't called Arizona. We cannot find the item number in our system, so we cannot get it for you". I replied okay, and I tried to ask about the liner Tom was ordering for me. She rudely laid the phone down and I heard her say: "She is trying to say something else". I stayed on the line for 12 minutes, listening to her talk to in store customers. I also heard her say something about someone being a "real D-I-C-K". She actually spelled it. I finally got tired of waiting for someone to realize I was still on the phone and hung up. I waited the 12 minutes because I thought if I hung up that no one would answer when I called back since they don't answer the phone very often. I immediately called a REAL pool store, who answered the phone the first time I called. They also knew exactly what I was looking for, unlike Tom (even though he is the manager and this is an item I purchased from Leslie's a year ago). Unlike Leslie's, the REAL pool store had everything I needed in stock. I won't be going back to Leslie's for anything. I will go to a REAL pool store where the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and have some manners."
