"We had to drain and refill our hot tub due to crazy alkalinity, PH and chlorine levels. The internet is full of conflicting advice and it's very confusing for new spa owners. Mike (owner of Superior Pools and Spas) took the time to explain in easy step by step instructions how to maintain our spa and keep safe levels of all chemicals. We have switched from chlorine to bromine and I feel very confident that we FINALLY have the right plan. "We purchased a CalSpa hot tub from Mike Rison at Superior Pool and Spas a couple months ago. Mike and his team have been fantastic to deal with in every aspect, from ordering to delivery and set up. Any issue we’ve had (and you will surely run into a small issue or two, regardless of hot tub brand), he’s been able to resolve easily over the phone or has sent someone out the next day, even though we’re in West Chester so about 45 minutes from his store. Mike is always quick to respond via phone, text, or email. Far exceeds the service we would’ve received from Watsons. We would highly recommend anyone considering a hot tub purchase to check out Superior Pool and Spa. We’ve been enjoying our hot tub every day since we got it and are looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. Thank you Mike!"
