"As it has always been they are way too restrictive on everything and seem to make up rules on the fly to suit what they want to enforce. They don't allow any type of floatie for younger kids who are learning, you can't play around at all lest you get benched, you can't splash around with your friends or you'll get in trouble, half the time the slide isn't even open and there's literally nothing to do but float around swim laps or go off the diving board. Today was the final straw after being told my son couldn't use his snorkel even though it is not posted in their long set of rules that snorkels aren't permitted. He was so upset by this that he asked to go home. Good job on ruining a child's day at the pool! Parents if at all possible, take your family elsewhere, there are so many better water parks around that provide a lot more freedom and more to do for kids and their parents to enjoy a nice day at the pool. Won't ever buy another season pass here again."
"Came here w a friend and our kids and the pool is closed.. Google says open till 7 and we tried calling to make sure they were open and couldn't talk to anyone. Weather is nice so no reason they shouldn't be open!"
"Came 30 minutes to the pool cause online said they was open. We did have a storm this afternoon (11-2) it’s 5:00. I called to check the hours for today and the voicemail said they was open and hung up. Was not able talk to anyone! How frustrating!!!"
"THE LIFEGUARDS STEAL! please lock up all your belongings or keep everything with you at all times. I forgot a bathing suit in the locker room and when I went to get it the next day, one girl told me she had it, and as she was looking for it in the lost and found the other lifeguard walked up and told her she took it home. I am hearing impaired and read her lips, but even if I couldn’t it was extremely obvious. About 3 seconds later I was told they no longer have the swimming suit, it was thrown away due to mold, but I didn’t get it wet. They both blushed and looked away when I repeated what the thief said. If they’ll steal from me, they’ll steal from you!! Be careful!!"
"Super nice and well run public pool. Great swim instructors. Season pass is well worth it. Especially with little ones."
