"I called first. They said they had a product. I drove 30 mi to the store. The product wasn't there nor had ever been there. The staff needs trained and are are not helpful at all. I will never shop there again"

"Nice store. Customer service is hit-and-miss. Sometimes you go in and are greeted and other times they don't acknowledge you. Whatever. The store is nice and has everything you would expect from this kind of store. I usually just go to buy ammo and it is in the very back left corner of the store. If you need something that is locked in a cabinet usually there is no one near to help and you have to walk back to the front of the store to get someone and it's like a 37-mile walk back up there. Lol. Yesterday though there was a very nice girl named Tava I think who was back there and was a lot of help. Thank you Tava!"

"went there to look at kayaks and ended up purchasing something else that I've wanted/needed. Once I found an associate to assist me it went well, they are understaffed severely. They have a good inventory of products and some hard to find items as well."

"Says in stocks but nothing is in stock. Yet there is one hanging on the display but cant sell it! Got flash sales but cant buy because it's not in stock till after sale is over. Update your availability of items!!!!"
