"My son has attended this center for well over a year. The center required him to quarantine for 21 days due to me testing positive for COVID and I still had to pay half tuition to hold his spot. After returning, on his third day he was sent him with 2 bruises on his face, a scrape down his nose, a scratch on his eyelid and a bruise on his thigh. The teachers had no idea where these marks came from and claimed that another child told them that my son fell off of the picnic table. All of these marks were not from one incident. I requested to see camera footage of this day and Jessica(the owner) said she would watch them herself for the privacy of other children and let me know what she sees- which is a conflict of interest if something bad is going on here. I followed up with her a couple hours later, and she proceeds to tell me that the cameras weren’t active and she wasn’t aware so she has no footage to look at. Do NOT take your children here. They are neglectful and are running a center with no cameras and sending children home with bruises and scratches and no explanation!!!"
"My child used to love it. Something changed. Now he is scared and said that someone he is getting pushed around. When asked what his teacher said he said they told me to go home or to kindergarten. Unacceptable. Both the bullying and the reaction. Pulled mine out. They deserve better."
"We have been at Walton Learning Center for almost a year now and I love the enthusiasm of the staff and their willingness to challenge, encourage, and help the kids grow! They are also great at working with parents to make sure the needs of the child are being met. I could not be happier with them!"
"We had constant problems out of this daycare and my son told us on several occasions that certain staff were mean to him. I took our concerns to the owner and she more or less suggested that my child was a lair (whats funny is my child has been in daycare since he was 6 weeks old, and didn't have any issues at his last daycare) and did not even look into the issues we asked her to address. Even if we had not had issues with the staff it really did not seem like my son was learning a lot from this daycare center."
