"Leisure time warehouse is fantastic, I purchased a Master spa twilight 8.2 from a show in Columbus Ohio and delivered by Leisuretime warehouse in April 2023. 2 excellent customer service experiences some to mind when you mention them. First, being a new hot tub owner and the person responsible for the chemicals I had an issue as many people do. I called Leisuretime for some advise on adding chemicals. The person that I spoke with gave me 2 suggestions to be completed in order. Adjust chemicals moderately as what I described sounded like I was going light on the chemicals, if the ph/alc responded positively then it would be good, otherwise try draining only half of the water and replace. Adding the chemicals solved the problem. The second excellent customer service experience was with shopping on their website for filters/chemicals. We all expect our orders to be perfect but this time something happened somewhere along the line and one of the filters was not shipped (or was removed during shipping). I was able to easily email them and received a response with further requests (which I suggested) to provide pictures of the shipping package and contents. Once I sent those in my order was made complete within days. I would highly recommend Leisuretime warehouse to prospective spa purchasers and for existing owners for their chemical/filter purchases as I have had a very positive experience with them."

"Great experience with the purchase, but when I tried to set up two appointments to look at our hot tub, both times they have been no-shows. Someone was able to come out after a third attempt, and the gentleman that came to the house found a fitting that was loose on one of the pumps. He was very nice and cordial.
