"Incredibly poor customer service and or knowledgeable staff. Bottom line is selling over priced chemicals - pools and hot tubs. Cannot answer the easiest questions or remedy a solution for basic problems (Google it yourself). Have had 3 pools and 2 hot tubs over a 18 year period, and the level of customer satisfaction continues to decline. Point of sale business. Once they have your money- you become anonymous= pathetic."

"Extremely arrogant and snobby staff when you walk into the store, no interest in offering help unless you’re looking at something over 10k. You would think you were in Saks Fith avenue on Hollywood drive..it’s so bad it’s an ongoing joke with other customers who frequent the store…. Not sure why…..you’re selling hot tubs in wickliffe. Bought a hot tub from them a few years ago. Was an awful experience from start to finish. Brought a dirty scratch up tub. Installers of my cover drilled holes all thru out my tub, broke off screws In side of tub. Absolutely terrible service, especially when you’re spending 15k plus."

"Terrible Service !!! I am a first time pool owner and bought a pool last summer from Litehouse pools in Wickliffe. The whole Process from getting it out in to the promises that they would have it by a specific month to not even showing me how to use or run the pool has been terrible . I was told i would be put on the list of pool opening and closing classes to help with teaching me how to use and maintain the pool and i have gotten nothing from them ! They were more then happy to take our Money but that was the last of the help we got from them and now waiting for the pool opening classes to start I can't even Pay to have them come out and open it due to the earliest they will be out here would be some time in June. Thank you but no thank you, I will figure it out on my own and buy NOTHING from your company for the future of my pool ownership ."

"Customer service is top notch! I bought a Traeger smoker that was running late on delivery. Mark drove to another location to pick it up so I could have it on time. They even loaded me up with a plastic wrapped box to protect from rain. Very knowledgeable and professional!"
