"I went to the salon three or four times, always had the same tech. It’s the only guy that works there. I think his name is Nick. He always did a good job, until I went last week on my birthday. I get the dip powder, which this tech introduced me to. He always put a gel topcoat after the dip. I assumed that was the normal thing to do. He didn’t do that this time, and when I asked him if he was going to put gel on, he said no. I assumed he knew what he was doing so I didn’t question it. Two days later, the dip started chipping , and shortly after that, my (real) nails started breaking. I thought I found the place that I would go to consistently, but this is not it. Very disappointed. Pics are 1week after."
