"I would not recommend coming to this salon. My friend was really excited to find a new salon as she just moved to the area a month ago and she left feeling really discouraged about her hair. She had boxed dyed it, which I know is not great for your hair. Jennifer took her back and explained that all she could do right now with the health of her hair is dye it darker to cover the red and OVER A LOT OF TIME it will fade. When she finished her hair and she got home, she still had dye on her forehead, ears, and chunks on her scalp which she had to remove herself. Now, 3 weeks later the color is completely gone and all of her red is showing and shes washed her hair 3 times since then. Jennifer gave her no education or no warning that this would potentially happen to her, and she feels like she wasted her money, rightfully so. If she would’ve educated her on the process of what could’ve happened, she would’ve known. She will not be going back, as all she did was slap color on her hair and let her leave with dye all over her face and ears. Do not recommend."

"I love this place! Melissa can do any hair cut you need! I love seeing her portfolio from all the amazing styles she has done over the years for different shows. I am most likely one of her most basic hair cuts she has but she does a great job and doesn't ever rush my haircut. I now live out in San Francisco and I work my haircuts around when I fly back to Cincinnati to get my hair cut from her."
