"Came here for starter locs, the lady that the owner had come in to do them was very nice, i have no complaints and she was beyond sweet. The owner on the other hand was professional up until the end. I was wildly overcharged and then she called and requested more money for the sizing when it should've been less because I actually went bigger then the agreed upon size. I wish I had the experience everyone else had but she definitely took advantage of the covid situation sense this was in April 2021. I also took them down and restarted them on my own. Worst experience I've ever had with someone that owns a business. Said she recently had moved her business up from California. I could never conduct myself in the manner that she did. *Still very unprofessional I see. 2 years ago I moved out of state which she knew but I refuse to argue. She's right it has been 2 years as I've said. Totally only left a review now because I'm back and someone asked me about my experience with this salon so I very politely told my experience to her and on here. I bid you continued luck with your business without all the extra sass."
"Wonderful customer service. Jonnie helped me set up my appointment and it was very easy. I got my hair dyed magenta by Rue and it is excellent, she also showed me how to use the moisturizer after bleaching my hair and I haven’t experienced any breakage. I will definitely be back."
"I DO NOT recommend this place! First of all, it took the young lady 10 hours to do knotless braids. The looked choppy at the ends when she was done. And whatever glue, gel or whatever she used took half of my hair out! Very bad experience"
"The best salon in the state of Ohio and Kentucky this wonderful lady has the gift of doing all types of hair I recommend her to everyone. I would like to also say she is very professional, sweet, and will educate you about your hair, and let you know what to do to keep it healthy and looking good. You be a fool not to to try it out"
