"I live out of state. Be trying to make an account so I can view the payments. Since I do not have an Ohio driver licenses it won’t let me make an account. I have to have a web I. D. Being trying to get in touch with someone for weeks. Case worker has never returned my phone calls. Horrible experience."
"I called 5-7 times a day for 5 days. Leaving multiple messages. Can’t get my caseworker on the phone. I finally ask for a supervisor then magically my case worker gets on the phone. Child support is a scam. Good men out there get screwed by this unfair and outdated system and terrible women get away with everything by not being held accountable for their actions. Case workers are a joke. I pay an admin fee to them each month and for what ? Morally and financially corrupt system. such a sad world we live in."
"13 years I’ve never lapsed in insurance but day 2 at my new job and they harass me about providing them with an updated insurance card. I’ve never worked somewhere where they issue an insurance card day one- however, I can’t even get paid child support with $3k in arrears. Makes sense to harass the person who never lapsed in insurance than the other parent who is behind well over 8 payments. Then they are extremely rude when you ask for a status on their enforcement of the other parent."
