"We have learned our lesson. Bought a couple of recliners and they broke and are 13 months old and we called and they are out of warranty by 40 days. Workers are immature only know to go by the book. Should have known better and stick with the places that back up their products and provide "True" Customer Service"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND getting furniture delivered from this store. You will be waiting around all day. They say they will deliver from 3p-9p. You wait til 8:40p to see why you have not received your stuff and they tell you they never put it on truck......and there is nothing they can do. Sad business"

"DO NOT use this location to rent a carpet scrubber. They will rent out filthy machines, and then tell you oh well. The contract we signed says it is our responsibility to inspect the machine and make sure it is clean and free of any damages. We did that. Unfortunately, Big Lots does not have a test strip of carpet to check and make sure that once you power on the unit, there is no cat FECES up inside of it. Our carpet is now stained to where we need to hire a professional to come clean it, all because they couldn't do their job. Why? The manager John said because they can "hardly keep employees to staff the store". There is a reason a deposit is charged when renting. When someone returns a unit, it is their job to make sure it is inspected, and clean/free of any damage, or that deposit is then kept to rectify the problem. I am allergic to cats. I do not have cats. I should not have to now pay more money to get cat feces out of my carpet because they can't keep their store staffed properly. This isn't necessarily a reflection of the store, but it is still a negative situation and experience. Edit: we have spoken again with the manager, and have been refunded for the purchase. My review is now listed as a 3 star due to the understanding this morning, and refund of the purchase. John apologized and did everything he could to make it right, and appreciate his ability to at least try."

"In the mix for some furniture... never approached or greeted by staff. Considering the quality, but again it's dependent on how my next visit goes. I've photographed options I'm interested in. I need a couch, an ottoman, a bed, a bed frame, a bedroom set, a kitchen table, a kids' bedroom set, and living room accessories... we'll see how my next visit goes. This visit was a complete miss as nobody even acknowledged my existence."
