"My aunt took my son to Supercuts in lebanon before our vacation for us to get his hair cut and after explaining what we wanted for his hair he came home to a chopped up mess disaster of a hair cut we jumped in the car and went to sports clips to see if they could salvage what was left of his hair before we left town and Ashlee took great care of us after explaining what had happened she told me she would do her best to make it look the best she could after about 30 minutes my sons hair looked 1,000 percent better and Ashlee has earned me and my son as a permanent repeat customer!!! Thank you Ashlee!!!!! Sports clips if your reading this give Ashlee a raise or reward her top notch customer service as theese quality’s are hard to find in today’s society!!!"

"They cut my hair far shorter than the picture I showed and my stylist only trimmed one of my side burns which I finished when I got home. She might have done a better job had she not try to sell me product 3 times during the haircut. I will not be coming back to this location."
"The on-line check in is great as it prevents you from wasting time sitting or checking wait times at other locations. You simply pick a time that works for you and then show up. Most of the girls there are very friendly and the communication with most of them is very easy. I’d say the environment overall is very good. As with any place that you get a haircut, some seem to cut your hair just like you want while others might miss the mark a bit. You simply need to find the stylist that you can connect with and cuts your hair in a way you like. I’ve had about 6 different girls cut my hair in the past few years. I found a couple in which I really liked the results and a couple that I would say were not so good. So I now have about 3 different girls that I’m comfortable with and they do a good job. I can say I usually try to have Brandy cut my hair so you might give her a shot."
