"The establishment is beautiful, very clean, and the employees are super nice. My pedicure was fantastic. However, I cannot say the same about the SNS nail application. Only 9 days after my visit, 4 of them had already fallen off. This is not an inexpensive service. I expected the nails to last 3 to 4 weeks, as they typically do for me. Unfortunately, this was not the case and I will not be returning to this salon for further services. Keep in mind that I am sharing my personal experience. It might be totally different for someone else."

"HORRIBLE experience last night!!! My husband’s comment when I got home “those look like a child did them”. I have never had such a horrible manicure!!! It is so thick that it feels like cement on my fingers and like it’s going to chip at any minute. There are spots of my nails that didn’t even get covered. Looks so thick & sloppy!! My friend was with me and had an even more awful experience! First & last time going here. So disappointed!"

"I did call this place on Sunday morning and,they told me if I wanted to go in right way. I did go in after 20-39 min. Everyone friendly and the person who did my nails did not speak much English but ,that was not a problem for me because English is my second language. I did pedicure and manicure. She started with pedicure first but I could tell she was cutting corners on everything, like she did not cut and clean my cuticles much. After she was done with it did my French nails: the same routine not cleaning them well at all. She did not even used the coat base but directly to white color and put one the finish coat and done. They looked not good and asked that: why they don’t look good but she said if you do gel that is different. I have done French nails before and they were beautiful and lasted 2-3 weeks. Next day my white paint was peeling off, I called to let them know that and they could fix but they were closed yesterday. I called today and told them and the lady said to go back tomorrow on Wednesday to redo them. I’m not happy at all, paying $95.60 including $10 tip and receiving this horrible service it is ridiculous!!!"

"Terrible experience. My nails are thick, lumpy, sns is way over the cuticles so would be lifting within days. I am soaking them off and will not be back. The fact that she looked at my nails and thought I should be satisfied was insane. A five year old would have noticed how bad they were."
