"I was greeted upon entering the store. There were a large variety of lotions, body wash and candles to choose from."

"We went here to finish our Christmas shopping. We were greeted at the door by a woman telling us we could not come in. When the man in front of us asked why, she replied, “We are actually the smallest in the chain, so we are limited in the amount of customers we allow in.” This is certainly not true because we were in a smaller store just this week and they didn’t have some things that this store did in their squeezed building. Apparently lying is encouraged at this store as we were greeted at the counter by a woman asking us to type our phone number on the screen, to which she said, “There was no customer rewards found for that number.” After we paid, the screen offered to text the receipt to that number or email the email that we never put in today that was tied to our account."

"We went to the outlet mall location and we're surprised they were having a sale on men's fragrances as the staff was very helpful pointing out this. I was able to purchase at a great discount thanks to that advice! The store was well stocked and pleasant and staffed by friendly folks. We will will definitely be going back."

"Always a nice experience. The store is nicer than most. It was very neat and organized. I'm not crazy about the way the chain sorts their merchandise, but that isn't the fault of the store. The cashiers were very patient and kind to us which I appreciate as this was a special outing for my mother and my daughter. Indoor malls are becoming much more rare, but stores like these keep them fun to go to."

"Incredible staff helpful at every turn wide selection of soaps lotions fragrances candles you name it they've got it. Stores only been open 2 weeks so everything is fresh crispy clean."
