"Bad experience. The hair dresser was rude throughout the cutting, from the ways to ask to move my head to- she just took off the apron without asking for my feedback. When I asked for some blending in, she outright rejected it. Not going to the place again"

I needed a quick hair cut so I checked in online and was greeted immediately when I walked in, they were very busy which is awesome for them and yet I still only had a few minutes wait time! My stylist did exactly what I wanted for my hair cut and made me feel amazing, she even gave me tips on how I can reduce shedding! I recommend the VOA West Chester Great Clips for sure!!"
"I never write reviews, but after our experience here I felt I had to. I took my son to get his haircut. When we get there we were not so kindly greeted by Erica. She clearly is not a happy person or was having a bad day. Regardless she was rude, short, and had terrible customer service. My son won't even come out of his room because he hates his haircut and says he looks like an egg. I will never go back to this location. I hope that Erica sees this and changes her attitude or at least pretends to be more friendly. Unfortunately customer service is not what it used to be."
"The stylist I had was genuinely polite and professional at how she cut and styled my hair. The prices are definitely better than most. Great place to go get a stylish or just your basic haircut from a staff that makes you feel like you've been going there for years."
