"Got a signature curl cut today with Tabitha and it might be my favorite hair cut in all my 36 years! She listened to what I was asking for, asked a lot of questions about my routine and products and she was able to give me a ton of great advice and product recommendations. Tabitha was friendly, funny and down to earth. I felt zero social anxiety; She made me feel completely comfortable. I can’t wait to see how it grows out and to work with her again in a few months!"
"Was definitely pretty disappointed with the customer service I received while visiting in town for the holidays. All of the fragrances were mislabeled on the shelves. Line was through the store. After finding someone to finally help me in fragrances, i didn't really get any help at all. I waited in line for about 20 minutes to find out I got the wrong size fragrance for the price I wanted to spend. The coupon the worker told me to use didn't even apply. I tried to explain to the cashier, and she was of no help either. Wouldn't even allow me to exchange fragrances. Basically, she told me to get back in the back of the line and wait again. I went to sephora right across the street. Will never spend my money where it is not appreciated"
"I also think there are so many displays that are hard to go through as someone who doesn't know makeup. However if you ask for help one of the employees will get you what you need. They listen very well to what you are looking for and are helpful."
