"Poor communication amd disrespect for those not visiting their children... I was at a visit to drop of an individual and was confronted for pulling in 15 minutes early to drop off and 15 minutes early to pick up... And then confronted for waiting 8n their parking lot while the visit took place... Which is a public lot. I understand they have their rules and regulations. They should do a better job of informing individuals of their expectations. Instead of approaching them passive aggressivly about infractions."

"The director doesn’t go by same rules for both parties. I’m private case I have to pay to see my son. All she is for is the custodian parent. In my case we both should be treated the same. It’s court ordered that the FAC gets info from father about School and outside activities and the staff will just ask not tell him it is court ordered. I’ve missed so much due to the FAC. They change rules when they want and are very rude and yells over you Just not right he is my son too. Father just got him. I raised him for 10 yrs before all this bogus stuff ."

"I actually went to the BMV which is connected with the Highland County Children's Services. I don't know anyone who likes going to the BMV. This location, however, is not a miserable one to visit when you do have to visit one. People are friendly and they take care of you fairly quick."
