"I feel the staff makes you feel like you are thief monitoring your every move. I’m sure they have to deal with a lot of people who actually do steal but for the ones that don’t it makes you want to run out of the Store as soon as walk in. They greet certain customers when they walk in the door, but I have yet to feel welcomed or greeted. The store manager is very kind and professional. Under my impression, I believe that she is able to price some thing without a sticker on it just have to ask for her. The reason they do that is because I think same people who are stealing are taking tags off and replacing that is either a lower price or they want to try to see if they can get it cheaper than the original tag."

"I would gladly give a 5 star review for inventory and cleanliness, but the staff friendliness is lacking terribly! I came into return some items (with reciept), I only received half price back on an item that I had paid full price for because they said other men's shirts I had purchased were half price so that is what they had to go with. Okay whatever, no big deal, I just let that go! Then, I go shopping, spend over $100 and I go to check out, get my bank card out to pay and realize that I have my gift card from my return to use. (Yeah, you get a gift card, they won't refund back to your card) and I was told she had already rang it up to use my bank card. I told her I would really like to use the gift card if possible on my purchase, and she rudely said that she had already rang it up the other way, threw her head back and hands up while huffing and puffing. You would have thought I asked her to cut her arm off! So very rude! I guess this is the thank you that you get for just donating a whole carload of stuff right before I went shopping. I hope they enjoy the money they make off of me, I will be taking my business to Wilmington goodwill! I have ALWAYS been greeted with a smile and treated wonderful there! Wilmington acts like they actually appreciate your donations and buisness! Hillsboro needs to re-evaluate their customer service in a bad way!"
