"Best place you can send your child for their Pre-K needs. Staff is friendly and absolutely loves educating and helping our children grow."

"Is not accommodating to special needs children. I spoke with the assistant administrator about possibly enrolling my child. When I informed them my child has autism the administrator (who has a degree with children) asked "What kind of autism? Because we do not have the staff to give individual attention if your child needs help with feeding and such." THAT is what the ADMNISTRATOR said! My child is high functioning and is completely independent so this was not a concern for me but I clearly felt they could not accommodate a child that has any special requirements. So I further evaluated the situations. My child has special dietary needs due to a food aversion which is MEDICALLY DIAGNOSED. When explaining it to the administrator she asked what I meant. I explained that my child has difficulty with certain foods and I may have to pack her luck because it could be difficult to accommodate and I did not expect that of them. The administrator then explained that children were not allowed to have packed lunches. I asked why if the child has special dietary considerations and would have a doctors note. She stated "Because the other parents wouldn't think its fair." I again explained that it does not matter what the other parents "think" my child has a medical diagnosis and is special needs. Meaning she is not like other kids and goes to therapy for her food aversion. I then asked about a rotating schedule every 8 to 12 weeks due to her multiple therapies. She said she would have to get back to me. I explained that Tree House does not seem accommodating to special needs children, especially to high function child. I told her I couldn't imagine how a child with more needs could be taken care at their facility. She then disclosed to me that they are capable of taking care of a special needs children and the had ONE they are taking care of currently. The administrator then disclosed more personal information about said child such as medical condition, school schedule, information about the mother and child, all without asking the parents consent. The assistant administrator acted like she was proud that they take care of ONE special needs child and were inclusive. The administrator even disclose the child schedule and how long her therapies were and informed me that they still charge the mother full price even if she does not come on certain days. After knowing all this, my husband and I knew this would NEVER be a safe environment for our child. The administrator made me feel that my child and personal information would not be safe at this location."
