"I had to cancel my appointment because of an illness in my family. I got several nasty and rude messages from Melissa for canceling. I’ve never had someone be so nasty to me over a cancellation. I understand the inconvenience but to get called derogatory names when you already feel unwell is another level. She said she’s going to charge me extra when I come in again just out of spite. Steer clear of this crazy person."
"My wife was unable to make the appointment because my wife and my daughter were very sick. Melissa texted us yelling at us over the course of several nasty messages for canceling. She said she was going to charge us extra money for our next appointment because we canceled. Life happens and you want to work with someone that understands that sometimes things come up."

"Melissa is an artist! I bought a groupon-that's how I found her. When I arrived, there was no wait and everyone was very friendly. Melissa took time for color consultation and then colored and cut my hair to perfection. I was a bit anxious as I didn't know her and didn't know anyone who had been to her. She was very patient with all of my questions and reassured me. "I've got this. I promise. Just relax," she told me. She was right. I was not disappointed. By the way, she never mentioned or treated me differently because I was getting a discount. She actually never mentioned it. Way to go Melissa you are the best."
