"Three years ago when I needed help the case worker was great! The agency now is terrible and very unprofessional. There are no set case managers for clients, just randomly chosen I guess. They won't return calls, they set appointments & maybe you will get the written notice 5 days after the appointment. If you send in a change of address or phone# keep the receipt for proof. More than likely the change won't be updated! As in my case, I made 4 change notices for them to change my phone # in the system! I don't know if there was a Director change or what but there is practically no service at all now. I moved here from a mega city in the western USA and their agencies were wonderful compared to Greene Co. It is very sad that I cannot give a better report!"
