"I went there to get my nails filled in. John has done my nails so many times before and I enjoyed the service I usually get but today went south. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to tell him why my acrylic was in bad shape when I came in. He told me not to move, kept jerking my hand. Kept calling me dirty and saying ew cause he thought the pieces of black polish on my old nails was dirt. I cried during my appointment and didn’t even get what I wanted done cause I was ready to get away from him. I’m always a great tipper when I get my nails done but he didn’t get any extra money from me today I was disgusted by his customer service today.I was the first customer in when they opened and I think he was annoyed by me and my nails. I’ve been going there for 5 years now i don’t know if I will be back after the way I was treated today."

"Bumpy nails, crooked nails, super thick , parts of my real nail poking out of the side. Was supposed to be ombre but it's just half one color and half another color, absolutely no blending of the colors. My pinkies burned so bad, not from a light, but from something they put on my way too filed nail bed. I spent 73$ for just the acrylic set and it's horrible.the guy was very nice though. My friends are even worse than mine... poor girl"
