"Aside from an issue with the delivery personnel representing lithouse I was very happy with the entire process of purchasing a new hot tub. David, the salesman, has been great since the day I met him. Very thorough and more than caring and concerned when we had the delivery hiccup which I cannot put on the sales team. They have been great I would definitely recommend going to see David. I do have to take one star off for delivery only."

"We are new pool owners and called Litehouse to open our pool as suggested by the previous homeowners. The technicians who came out were friendly, but that’s where my positive experience with Litehouse ended. They were here for about 45 minutes, took the cover off the pool and squeegeed the sides with a broom to get the algae off. They suspected that there might be a leak in the pool due to low water level, so they didn’t add any chemicals or actually open the pool. They had no clue where to direct me to figure out if there’s a leak and what to do about it, they basically said figure it out on your own and call us back. I was charged $578 for this “service” with the thought that they would be back to open the pool once we got it figured out. We called a real pool company to come out and take a look. They knew how to find the leak, would paint the pool, could answer all of our questions, and do anything else we need. I called Litehouse back asking for a refund for the services I paid for that were not performed, saying that I would pay for what the technicians did while they were here. Bob in their service department was incredibly rude to me on the phone and kept throwing in my face that I signed a contract and it is what it is, no refunds. Apparently because they left the chemicals that were not added, that I didn’t ask them to leave and that I don’t know what to do with, they owe me nothing. I was flabbergasted by the total disregard for customer service or them doing anything at all to rectify the situation. Not only were they rude and could not care less about my issue, but they knew basically nothing about pools or even our hot tub that I asked them to look at. Just an awful experience all around. Save yourself some money and a headache and don’t call them."

"Bought a nice little 3 person hot tub for a pricey $5k. Customer service was great up until I bought it, then went downhill after I had follow up issues and questions. And then I actually got bad info from them, some basic care and maintenance was the opposite of what I was supposed to do. Their answer is always shock the tub. No, you don’t always shock the tub."

"Received our hot tub today from Lighthouse in Strongsville. 3 polite hard working young men showed up in a truck with a trailer full of hot tubs. Within 45 minutes our hot tub was gently and professionally moved to our back deck. All wrapping removed , installed our cover, placed exactly where we wanted.. I never expected they would do all this on delivery. Lighthouse should make a video of deliveries and place on website. Great service . Thank you."
