I thought this was very kind and great customer service effort to change my experience. I used to love coming here. Jenny is so sweet. However, I had a nightmare experience with her fiance being very rough with my hands, yelling at me, and causing me to leave crying with half finished nails. I haven't been back since and don't plan to."
"UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Formerly Trendy Nails- Mei is back, and I could not be happier. The salon is super clean & quiet- I was actually able to relax and have an amazing Dip manicure. Lots of services added. Waxing, brow tints. I highly recommend. I’ll be heading back for my spa pedicure soon."
