"Drew the short straw again at this location by getting the Middle aged, curly brunette. So rude, but she’s rude every time I’ve been here. Went in with wet hair so my daughter could get a trim. She laughed in my face when I said “an inch” then proceeded to cut the longest layer only, left 3/4 of her hair untouched. Total time in chair? 1 min 45 seconds. Knowing how incompetent she is, I didn’t dare ask for more."
