"I understand everyone’s experience is different but personally I would give them zero stars. They are unprofessional and incapable of working with all types of hair. I made an appointment with someone and arrived to learn that person took another client. I sat with another person and specifically asked if they felt comfortable doing my natural hair and she said yes. She was not able to do it, although I throughly told explained what I wanted AND showed personal pics of my hair. I was then scheduled for a service check with my original stylist. The manager called to discuss the situation and it was very clear she’s just as clueless as the other employees. Don’t waste your time."
"The first photo is my hair now, the last photo is what it looked like before going. It's a million times better now. Erin took what I asked for and made it prettier than I'd even imagined it. The salon is gorgeous, feels luxurious, the staff is very welcoming and kind. Absolutely recommend! update: Alright so it's been 7 days since I got my hair done and it's already faded completely out almost. I am very sad as I paid $225 only for the hair coloring. It is very dull and even the black has faded. I am very unsatisfied."
"If you are a bright blonde, RUN do not walk, to see Devlan @ Michael’s! This was my first time having my hair professionally colored, and she killed it! I could not be more impressed with how natural her work looks (I’m naturally a darker dirty blonde color). I’ve received lots of compliments- thanks Devlan and Michael’s! :)"
"I was in the area for a family wedding. Need my hair done being matron of honor. Raven did a great job & I got a lot of compliments. The salon is huge, clean & beautiful and I even got a cute little Swag bag for my first visit. They have a beautiful beverage area for their clients as well"
