Great Clips

"For the 3rd or fourth haircut in a row a few days to a week later my hair looks absolutely awful. Everything is uneven one side I faded rightbthe othe looks like a box. Absolutely terrible. Maybe if they weren't flying thru the haircut it would look halfway decent"

"I went 1 week ago to get a trim and left with one half of my head chopped to a bob this is not what my hair looked like before I wanted her to make my hair more even to help my confidence and left feeling way worse about myself and I leave for a vacation tomorrow and she cut of months of hair growth and my hair is so uneven now there is nothing I can do to fix it besides cutting a bob and that is not what I want at all, I’m genuinely just so upset and want my money back. She took my confidence even more. You will see in the pictures I took a picture of the good side and then the bad side and you can clearly see how much length she cut off one side nearly into a bob I’m so so upset"

"Even after moving to the area last Spring I continued to go to the Great Clips location I was familiar with near my old home. But today I was just too tired to drive all that way and I finally gave the location on Colonel Glenn Hwy a try. I'm glad I did. First off, it's a very nice store. Clean, well kept. But the real star here is the young woman who cut my hair. I wish I'd gotten her name so that management--should they read this--would know that they have a star on their hands. Not only was she a delight to talk to, but I got a great cut. And that's saying a lot, as quite frankly I'm not exactly A-list material. As with any service-related business, people make the difference, and there is no better example than my experience here. F.Y.I, I was in on 3/3/2022 at 10:00 AM. I really hope management/ownership read this review so that this stylist can get the credit she deserves."

"Whenever I have come to this Great Clips, I have never had an issue. I've been here before myself and I took my client here today. My client has special needs and the lady that worked with him, i wish I would have asked her her name, was absolutely wonderful with him. She was very kind and professional and just had this wonderful energy about her that made the experience so enjoyable. Thank you so much for doing a great job on his hair and providing a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back in the future."
