"Loved my appointment at this clinic. I had a pregnancy massage and was not rushed in or out of my appointment, I received great advice on things to avoid during pregnancy, and a few tips on how my fiancé can do little massages to make the third trimester more comfortable. Will definitely be back!"
"I paid for my wife to get a massage. I was in the front office with my baby. She made 2 little cries (about a second each), so I gave her a pacifier and some quiet verbal reassurances before she stopped completely. A worker confronted me and said she had a couple’s therapy session right outside the office and they can hear everything, and essentially can’t have a crying baby. She then proceeded to tell me how to quiet my child. It was a disrespectful way to communicate with me, and made me feel incredibly unwelcome. It’s 2 stars because my wife enjoyed the massage. As a company, to avoid something like this in the future, I’d recommend having a policy or sign that says “no babies” and “please keep quiet in the waiting area” if that little noise will affect your patrons’ experience. Also, you should train your employees on how to respectfully communicate with patrons and their families. Feel free to reach out or respond to this rating, but I will not take this review down."
"This was my first time at Greene Massage Clinic and it won't be my last. Holly was great and really knew how to read what my body need. It is easy to get to with ample parking (at least when I arrived at 8:30am) and the space was clean and welcoming. A great first massage in Ohio! Thanks!"
