"Didn't cut cuticles or toe nails during pedicure - my last pedicure was 2 weeks ago before I came to their service. They didn't ask how I like my nails cut. And I asked about prices 3 times during and after the service and was told at the end "we told you, we told you". I pointed to the board and asked what is 40/50/60, and they gave me the highest one with no explanation. Finally, to my astonishment, and I can't believe they wouldn't fix it, the color is 'watered down' and it isn't a solid color on my nails. They charged $60 for a pedicure FYI."
